the microwave part of my Bosch combi oven stopped working about two years into use, but within three year warranty, so we called Bosch and an engineer was duly sent out to investigate.He quoted a couple of things and said I will get the parts and return.

He did return a week or so later and tried the parts to no avail. He then left and we haven't seen him since!!!!!! We of course waited and waited and waited! We eventually called Bosch and were told that the warranty period was up?

But they would send an engineer out. No points for guessing who! We told them we didn't want that guy as he had just disappeared and obviously hadn't got a clue. We asked if we could have a replacement at a mutually agreed price.

Wait for it !!!!!!!

They offered 10% discount on a new one - laugh I nearly fell off my chair.We just bought a cheap replacement and if it goes wrong it won't have cost £ 650 to throw out

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Compensation payment for purchase of new oven. Honesty on how poor their product is.
